All bidding boxes have now been checked and sorted with the inserts neatly packed inside the box. We have kept to the original colour coding system of pink, green and orange. We have added blue for the two evening sessions, one for mentoring and one for play.

The boxes are now stored in plastic tubs beneath the table in the entry foyer. Our staff will put out the relevant boxes for the day. Members are asked to return the bidding boxes to the container at the end of play in the same way they found them. If you are unsure how to do this, please ask. Please do not leave the unfolded box on the table and walk away.
