Club members are now requested to prebook to play in our regular sessions on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, as demand for playing spots frequently exceed available spaces.

A new method for players booking in for these sessions is being implemented.

A quick summary of the new process is as follows:

1. On your computer, tablet or phone, go to the club’s (new) website**.
2. Click on the calendar tab, then click on the session or event on the relevant date.
3. Select the online entry form, fill out the form on behalf of you and your partner and click “Submit”. You will immediately receive an acknowledgement that your application has been received.
4. Prior to the session, go back to the club’s website, again click on the session or event, and check that your entry appears in the list of accepted entries.
5. If all places are taken and your entry appears in the wait-list, you may still get to play if another pair drops out. In this case you will be advised that there is now space available.
