 The Gold Coast Bridge Club has been the home of bridge lovers for many years providing locals and visitors a place to play their favourite sport in congenial surroundings.
The club is situated at 2883 Gold Coast Highway south of Surfers Paradise, and located behind the Caltex Service Station - see map. There are bus stops close to the club going South to Broadbeach and North towards Surfers and Southport. The club was formed in 1964. Bridge sessions were originally held at the Surfers Paradise Bowls Club and later moved to the Methodist Church Hall. The present clubrooms were opened in 1973 with the assistance of loans and guarantees provided by the members.
